Squire Patton Boggs has advised the OCR group, a portfolio company of the fund Transmission & Croissance I, advised by Trajan, on its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of SA3i, from Schneider Electric Industries SAS.
The Squire Patton Boggs team advising the OCR group was led by Paris Corporate partners Charles Fabry and Anthony Guillaume, and included Victor Dransard and Elise Crouzil from the Corporate Practice Group, and Marion Cavalier from the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group.
