Squire Patton Boggs advised on the State Route 400 Express Lanes PPP, representing the design build joint venture comprising ACS Infrastructure, Acciona, and Meridiam, which was named “Transport Deal of the Year, North America” at the 2025 IJGlobal Awards. This multibillion dollar initiative aims to improve safety, reduce congestion, and enhance multimodal mobility along the corridor.
