In the “Transport Deal of the Year, North America” category, the firm advised on the Georgia State Route 400 Express Lanes PPP, representing a consortium comprised of ACS Infrastructure, Acciona, and Meridiam. This multibillion-dollar initiative aims to improve safety, reduce congestion, and enhance multimodal mobility for a major Atlanta transportation corridor.
The firm fielded a multi-practice team to support the matter, including public and infrastructure finance counsel Gregory V. Johnson, Denver managing partner and environmental, safety and health global chair Peter S. Gould, international dispute resolution partner Jonathan M. In the “Power Deal of the Year, Latin America” category, the firm advised a member of the shareholder group for the Manzanillo LNG-to-power complex, which includes two combined-cycle power plants – each with a net installed capacity of approximately 420 MW – and an LNG reception, storage, and regasification facility capable of supplying gas-fired power plants with up to 800 MW of capacity, located near the Port of Manzanillo in the Dominican Republic.
