Filipe Estêvão

Filipe Estêvão is an associate in our Real Estate Practice Group and Construction & Engineering team. He advises clients on noncontentious and transactional construction matters.

Filipe gained substantial in-house experience supporting a major national property developer on large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across the UK, Jersey and the Isle of Man. He routinely drafts, reviews and negotiates a broad range of construction documentation, including Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) and bespoke building contracts, subcontracts, professional consultant appointments, collateral warranties and reliance letters.

Filipe also assists with the construction elements of real estate transactions, as well as funder and purchaser due diligence enquiries.
