Francisco Javier Huertas Martín del Olmo is a member of our Corporate Practice Group, based in our Madrid office, where his practice focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
He has broad experience advising on company and asset transactions, mergers and other corporate restructurings, as well as acting for both industrial investors and private equity funds on the buy and sell sides.
In addition, he regularly advises Spanish companies and international groups with operations in Spain on corporate and contractual matters across a range of industries, including telecommunications and financial services.
Francisco speaks both English and Spanish.
Advised Fracttal, a leading provider of AI-driven intelligent maintenance solutions, on its US$35 million financing round led by Riverwood Capital, with participation from existing investors, including Seaya Ventures, Kayyak, GoHub and Amador.
Advised Fracttal Tech on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Tecnología en sus Manos, S.L., a software company.
Advised Fortescue, a global metals, energy and technology company, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Nabrawind Technologies, a company specialised in innovative wind turbine and tower solutions.
Advised the management team of EYSA (Estacionamientos y Servicios, S.A.U.) in connection with Tikehau Capital’s investment in the company.
Advised iPark on its sale to CVC DIF, the infrastructure strategy of CVC Capital Partners.
Advised Paniza Industrial Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Zewatech, a company specialised in water management and treatment solutions.
Advised Rockstone Real Estate Ibérica on the acquisition of several real estate assets in the Madrid region.
Advised Live Nation on the acquisition of a minority stake in Mad Cool Festival.
Advised Live Nation on the acquisition of a majority stake in FTM Producciones.
