Squire Patton Boggs has advised Copilot Capital, the private equity firm focused on backing Europe’s most promising B2B software companies, on its majority investment in Green Eagle Solutions, a Spanish SaaS company building the technology behind autonomous renewable energy operations.
The team advising was led by Corporate partners Andrew Slucky in London and Teresa Zueco in Madrid, and included Luis Gutierrez, Victoria James, Ricardo Ballesteros, Bartolome Martin and Francisco Huertas.
