Andrew’s practice covers all types of corporate work, with particular expertise in acting for private equity (PE) sponsors across Europe and the UK on platform investments, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and sales. Andrew also regularly acts for major multinational conglomerates on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other corporate matters.
