Katharina Wilhelm is an associate in the Labour & Employment team, based in Berlin.
Katharina advises and represents national and international clients in individual and collective labour law, including day-to-day advice, complex employment projects and related litigation. She further advises on employment law-related aspects of M&A and corporate transactions, as well as restructuring and reorganisations.
Prior to joining the firm, Katharina worked as a lawyer for a national law firm in Berlin for several years. She completed her legal clerkship in Frankfurt and Berlin, working for an international law firm, as well as the parliamentary finance committee of the German Bundestag.
Representing global and local clients in court proceedings of all kinds, including wrongful dismissal and compensation.
Assisting with complex labour disputes, including between employers and works councils on collective bargaining issues.
