Laura Sparschuh is a senior associate in our Labour & Employment Practice Group in Berlin. She advises and represents national and international clients comprehensively on individual and collective labour law, as well as in transactions and complex court proceedings.
She is particularly adept at providing cross-border labour law advice, both in the area of transactions and on legal aspects of the day-to-day business of globally operating organisations.
She has particular expertise in business immigration and advises clients on all matters related to international personnel deployment, including the overlaps with residency and social security law.
She is actively involved in our pro bono practice.
Representing global and local clients in court proceedings of all kinds, including wrongful dismissal, compensation and discrimination cases.
Supporting a multinational on a global HR restructuring project.
Assisting a global client with obligations regarding pay equity, gender pay, equal pay and pay reporting obligations, specifically under the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
Advising multiple international companies on the implementation of global guidelines with a special focus on the cross-border implementation of standardized regulations.
Supporting internal investigations, with a special focus on cross-border cases and implementing compliance measures, including aspects of internal and external communication.
Supporting international personnel deployments of all kinds, including applications for professional licenses for all kinds of industries, as well as for high profile sporting events.
Supporting separations from high-level personnel.
Assisting with complex labor disputes, including between employers and works councils on collective bargaining issues.
