Advised on a high-value and highly publicised dispute in the English High Court, Chancery Division. Claims were in respect of fraudulent misrepresentation were upheld. Substantial damages were secured, and the purchase contract rescinded.
Advised a Chinese energy organisation in a (Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) administered) UNCITRAL dispute regarding a long-term liquified natural gas (LNG) sale and purchase agreement.
