About Mario

Mario Valdivia is a litigation associate in our Los Angeles office, focusing on insurance-related disputes, as well as advising corporations and individuals in complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mario served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Morris G. Smith of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. He also previously served as an associate at full-service firms in New Jersey and California, where he concentrated on insurance counseling and commercial litigation.

During law school, Mario was the senior notes and comments editor for the Rutgers University Law Review. He also participated in the Honorable James Hunter III Appellate Advocacy Moot Court competition, served as a teaching assistant for legal research and writing and earned multiple academic scholarships and awards.
