Associate
Maximilian (Max) Walker is an associate in our Corporate Practice Group in Leeds. Max has experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganisations and capital markets.
Max is active in the market, and regularly espouses the role of a panellist or presenter at various external, client-facing events, often stemming from involvement with our our Life Sciences Industry Group.
Advising andwis Group (a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital) on its acquisition of Senseco Systems.
Assisting with the sale of Ligentia to Asyad Group.
Assisting with various company reorganisations, including reductions of capital and capitalisations of distributable reserves, as well as discrete matters of company-secretarial nature (both in the private and public spheres).
