Pauline Pierce leads our Labour & Employment team in the Paris office and has specialised in employment law for more than 15 years. Pauline proposes effective solutions in the interest of her clients. As a Franco-American, she fully understands the cultural challenges that international employers may face in France and knows how to assist them effectively.

She represents international companies in both advisory and litigation matters. Pauline has specific expertise in coordinating and managing personnel transfers in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

She regularly advises on global and national restructuring projects. Her practice also includes providing day-to-day assistance to her clients on all aspects of labour law, such as hiring, dismissals, implementing disciplinary procedures, policies, employee savings plans, stock option plans and working time agreements, as well as relocations and site closures.

Pauline has specific experience in handling the management of staff representative bodies (professional elections, information and consultation procedures, and collective agreement negotiations).

She also represents her clients in post-employment plan litigation before the civil administrative courts.
