Join us for the final webinar in our global webinar series as we discuss the opportunities and challenges that employers face when seeking to collect and monitor diversity and inclusion (D&I) data in the Americas, in particular the US and some key jurisdictions in Latin America.
In this webinar, Jose Martin and William Kishman will explore the key questions that employers are likely to have when collecting and monitoring D&I data, from the social and cultural barriers to obtaining and using such information, to the data protection and privacy risks to be addressed. The session will also discuss the benefits/drawbacks to collecting this information in various contexts and the common pitfalls that can arise, as well as highlighting other statutory obligations that can come into play.
The main webinar presentation will last 50 minutes, followed by a 10-minute online question and answer session.
This webinar will be of interest to HR professionals, D&I specialists and in-house counsel.
