Beredo, Molly McNally, and Jonathon Whittlesey, have been named to Crain’s Cleveland Business’ 2025 “Notable M&A Dealmakers” list, recognizing attorneys in Northeast Ohio who are essential to navigating the complexities of mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Beredo serves as Americas Chair of the Corporate Practice which consists of over 400 attorneys. Mr. Beredo, who was formerly a member of the firm’s Global Board, has completed multi-million and billion-dollar transactions in more than 30 countries while managing teams of professionals across the globe. He has a broad multidisciplinary practice that includes extensive experience advising public and private companies on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. McNally serves as Corporate Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Cleveland office. She counsels public and privately held companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and has been lauded by clients for her “thoughtful, client-focused approach” during negotiations. Ms. McNally represents companies across a broad spectrum of industries, including automotive, manufacturing, technology, food and beverage, insurance, and healthcare.
Mr. Whittlesey serves as US lead of the firm’s Chemicals Group. He advises public and privately held entities, as well as boards of directors and individuals, on a wide array of transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Whittlesey has extensive experience leading and coordinating complex international transactions across many jurisdictions. The Chemicals Group includes more than 100 lawyers across the world.
