Global law firm Squire Patton Boggs has advised long-time client Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (“ADS”), a leading provider of innovative water management solutions in the stormwater and onsite wastewater industries, in connection with its definitive stock purchase agreement pursuant to which ADS will acquire the water management business of Norma Group SE, known as National Diversified Sales, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.0 billion.
This strategic acquisition brings together complementary water management solutions to expand ADS’s offerings and further enhances its capabilities as a comprehensive provider of full-scale water management solutions.
