Laura Gómez
Senior Associate
Laura Gómez is a senior associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in our Madrid office.
She has eight years of experience and specialises in real estate transactions and real estate financing both at a national and an international level. Laura has been involved in numerous sale and purchase transactions, leasing and financing of all types of properties, such as hotel resorts, shopping centres, commercial spaces, office buildings and industrial warehouses, as well as in leasing contracts, purchase options, corporate sale and purchase transactions, and joint ventures.
Laura holds a bilingual degree in law and business administration and management from San Pablo CEU University and a master’s degree in access to the legal profession from ICADE.
Before joining the firm, she worked for eight years in international law firms as a managing associate.
She is included in the Best Lawyers 2024 list in the Real Estate Law category.
