Laura Gómez
Senior Associate
Laura Gómez is a senior associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in our Madrid office.
She has over eight years of experience and specializes in real estate transactions and real estate financing, both at a national and an international level. Laura has been involved in numerous sale and purchase transactions, leasing and financing of all types of properties, including energy and infrastructure projects, commercial spaces, office buildings and industrial warehouses; as well as in leasing contracts, purchase options, corporate sale and purchase transactions and joint ventures.
Her experience also includes advising international groups on their energy research projects in Spain, the UK and Omán.
Laura holds a bilingual degree in law and business administration and management from San Pablo CEU University and a master’s degree in access to the legal profession from ICADE.
Before joining the firm, she worked for eight years in between Linklaters and A&O Shearman, as a managing associate.
She is included in the Best Lawyers 2024 list in the Real Estate Law category.
- Advising clients on the acquisition, sale, lease, and sale & lease back of all types of real estate assets in Spain.
- Advising on the acquisition, promotion and construction of elderly care homes, student residences, co-livings and shopping centers in Spain.
- Advising on the financing of several hotels logistic and commercial premises.
