About Francesca

Francesca Crisera Ruiz is the managing partner of our San Francisco and Palo Alto offices. She leads the firm’s global technology M&A practice and regularly advises public and private companies on a broad range of transactional matters, with an emphasis on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, venture capital-backed technology M&A transactions and joint ventures.

Francesca also counsels clients on general corporate matters, and has extensive commercial and intellectual property experience, including advising clients in the areas of licensing and commercial contracts.
