Imposing Tariffs on Countries Importing Venezuelan Oil

An EO authorizing the implementation of a 25% tariff on all goods imported into the United States from any country that imports Venezuelan oil, either directly or indirectly. Effective April 2, the Secretary of State will have the discretion to determine whether the tariff should be applied to countries identified by the Secretary of Commerce as having imported Venezuelan oil.
