  • “We found Selma to be meticulous, diligent and forthright. She was an asset to our team and we are happy to work with her in the future. I would like to say that Selma has done a very successful job both with her open and sincere approach and her professionalism in managing the whole transaction process. During the entire process, Selma proved to be quick in resolving upcoming legal matters with her counterparts and in drafting additional legal documents where needed. During the final contract negotiations, she made a real difference by being strict while fair on key SPA items, all to great satisfaction of the seller.” The Legal 500
