Squire Patton Boggs advises Chiltern Capital on Sale of Strata Products to GreenCorp LLC

Squire Patton Boggs has advised Chiltern Capital and the management team of Strata Products on the sale of the business to GreenCorp LLC, a US-based diversified manufacturing, packaging and logistics group.

The Squire Patton Boggs team was led by Corporate partner James Bradshaw and included Ben Squires, Simon Ayling, Melissa Rock, Sim Basran, Patrick Ford, Alice Jenkinson, Jane Saunders, Andy Kirkham and Kyle Forbes.

The transaction represents another successful exit on which the firm has advised Chiltern Capital, following the sale of Sixworks to IBM, the sale of VIMA Group to KBR and the carve out and sale of portfolio company Cybit’s enterprise-grade cyber security division to Viatel Technology Group.

Chiltern Capital is a private investor that backs profitable businesses in the UK and Ireland with its own capital. The firm partners with founders, management teams and corporate vendors to drive transformational growth, organically and through targeted acquisitions. Chiltern invested in Strata Products in 2024, backing Jay Ilsen – Managing Director and member of the founding family management team – in a complex carve-out from its former US corporate parent.

Founded in 1987 as a family business, Strata Products has grown into one of the UK’s leading plastics manufacturing businesses, known for design led ranges, in house UK production and dependable supply at scale. It distributes products to more than 40 countries around the world. GreenCorp’s investment will enable the business to deepen its presence domestically and in the US market by drawing on the group’s extensive manufacturing, packaging and logistics capabilities.
