Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce that Jacob Hochberg has joined the firm as a Principal in its global Public Policy Practice Group, based in Washington, DC.
Mr. Hochberg brings extensive experience as a political strategist, legislative advisor and appropriations professional. Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, he was with a bipartisan government affairs firm, where he led House and Senate outreach efforts, advising clients on various strategies and advocacy initiatives across many industries. He also spent nearly a decade in the U.S. House of Representatives, working for five Members of Congress and twice serving as Chief of Staff, most notably to Congressman Henry Cuellar (Dem), while concurrently serving as Associate Staff on the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Homeland Security.

Mr. Hochberg’s arrival continues the strategic growth of the firm’s Public Policy Practice, following the additions congressional investigations expert Giancarlo Pellegrini; former Commerce official Trevor Kellogg; former State Department official Timothy Lenderking; former Treasury official Anna Morris; Adam Suess, who joined from the Department of Interior; and Capitol Hill veteran Jennifer Goedke.
