A Squire Patton Boggs team advised the GMC Group (“GMC”), one of Ireland's leading civil and engineering companies, on its agreement to receive a strategic investment from TowerBrook Capital Partners, a transatlantic investment management firm.
GMC has strong relationships with Ireland’s key infrastructure stakeholders, and with this significant investment, the company will continue to secure and deliver large-scale public and private sector projects across Ireland’s infrastructure landscape. The investment remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
